Kylah Morrison

Kylah is General Manager for METS Ignited Australia, an industry-led growth centre supporting commercialisation of technology in the resources sector. Kylah also holds non-executive board and advisory positions for organisations addressing clean energy transition and future skills.

Kylah has over 15 years’ experience working in private companies in the oil & gas industry, indigenous organisations, not-for-profits, and start-ups.

Kylah has a deep understanding of risks and challenges experienced in remote and regional Australia, particularly in North Western Australia. Living and working for nine years in Karratha, Kylah championed regional economic development as the President, then CEO of the local Chamber of Commerce, and Founding Chair of the Pilbara Universities Centre.

Kylah is passionate about innovation, diversity and inclusion, indigenous empowerment, corporate governance and sustainability. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), Master of Engineering Management from Canterbury University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
